David Vander Bloomen

David Vander Bloomen serves as the Interim President and CEO of the De Pere Area Chamber of Commerce since April 2024, and has been a Board Supervisor for the Town of Center since April 2022. Previously, David held the position of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Baer Performance Marketing from October 2022 to December 2023, and owned Branding180, a promotions and branding company from March 2015 to October 2022. David co-owned Evolution Hype, Inc. between April 2020 and August 2021, and managed long-term supportive housing for Ecumenical Partnership for Housing from December 2017 to June 2019. David's law enforcement experience includes roles as a police officer in the Seymour, Gillett, and Lena Police Departments from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, David worked as a freelance photographer for local sports at WFRV and WJMN Television Station from August 2014 to June 2017. Academically, David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from St. Norbert College and completed the Law Enforcement Recruit Academy at Fox Valley Technical College.
