Bas de Groot

Bas de Groot has extensive experience in social work and project coordination, currently serving as Programmacoördinator Werkprojecten at De Regenboog Groep since May 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing day activities, ensuring quality, and managing work and trajectory coaches. Previously, Bas held the position of Projectleider Meedoen Werkt, focusing on the design and coordination of transition trajectories, and worked as a Trajectbegeleider, assisting vulnerable individuals in day activities. Prior roles include Trajectbegeleider at BSN Werkervaringsbedrijf and Stichting Het Juttersdok, where support was provided for reintegration projects targeting young adults and those distanced from the labor market. Bas holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a specialization in Cultural and Social Education, complemented by a Post HBO education completed in November 2019.
