Sanne Nieuwenhuijse

Sanne Nieuwenhuijse is an experienced professional currently serving as Manager of the Lean Consultancy Team at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since April 2020. With a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Sanne has held several significant roles, including Senior Black Belt and Continuous Improvement Coach at ABN AMRO. In addition to banking expertise, Sanne is the Founder and Coach at New Connection, providing individual and team coaching utilizing systemic constellations, and serves as a volunteer Talent Coach for marginalized individuals through De Regenboog Groep. Sanne is actively involved in organizing network events for Nyenrode Alumni focusing on coaching, personal growth, and Lean practices. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in General Management from Nyenrode Business University and further education in coaching and family constellations.
