Leonard Lamptey is a seasoned professional in quantity surveying with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at De Simone Group since November 2002, Leonard is adept at preparing tenders, managing budgets, cash flow, and work schedules during construction. Previously, as a Quantity Surveyor, Leonard contributed to various projects across multiple sectors, including residential and commercial developments, while also generating comprehensive reports on construction activities. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Tagoe Consultancy, where Leonard engaged in project cost planning, tender management, and valuation of construction work. Leonard holds a Higher National Diploma in Building Construction Technology from Takoradi Technical University.
