Jacqueline Touw-Conradi

Jacqueline Touw-Conradi serves as the Chief People & Organisation Officer at de Volksbank since September 2022. Previously, Jacqueline held the role of CHRO at Sligro Food Group from March 2019 to September 2022 and at Essent from August 2016 to March 2019. Jacqueline has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at DSM from June 2007 to August 2016 in various senior roles, including VP Global HR Strategy & Projects and Global HR Director. Earlier in Jacqueline's career, positions included Manager HRM at Van Lanschot Bankiers NV from February 1998 to June 2007 and P&O Manager at Audax Groep from 1991 to January 1998. Education credentials include a drs in Human Resources Management from a Dutch university (1998 - 2003), and participation in the IMD Executive Learning Program and high performance leadership courses from 2010 and 2011.
