Lien Callens

Lien Callens serves as Advisory Board Chair at Swave and holds multiple leadership positions, including CEO and Board Member at Azulatis n.v., and Board President at Novable. Extensive experience includes serving as a bestuurder at De Watergroep, independent strategic advisor at Callens & Bruynoghe, and business mentor at imec.istart. Lien Callens has contributed to research on energy self-sufficiency for residential homes at Callens&Bruynoghe BV and is a member of Women on Board Belgium. Previous roles include CIO at TVH Parts and significant leadership positions at Procter & Gamble. Lien Callens holds a Master of Engineering from KULeuven and is currently completing the International Directors Program at INSEAD.
