Joris Holter

Joris Holter serves as the adjunct-director and marketing manager at Doornroosje, a prominent pop venue in Nijmegen, since August 2005, focusing on concerts and dance events that highlight new trends and fresh music. Additionally, Joris functions as the location manager for Merleyn, a smaller venue under the Doornroosje umbrella, which caters to programming less suitable for the main site. Since January 2017, Joris has held the position of chairperson and board member for the Werkgeversvereniging Nederlandse Poppodia en -Festivals, and previously served as chairperson of the Stichting Nachtburgemeester Nijmegen from September 2016 to March 2019. Joris holds a degree in Social Psychology from Radboud University, obtained in 2006, and has completed a program at de Baak from September 2013 to June 2014.
