David de Wilde

David de Wilde is a seasoned professional in the healthcare innovation sector, currently serving as a Venture Builder at Achmea Innovation Hub since June 2023, where the focus is on developing scalable business models for a healthier society and sustainable healthcare system. Simultaneously, David holds positions as a board member and previously as an ambassador at De Zorgambassade, concentrating on innovative program content and alumni network connections. As a co-founder and board member of Stichting Share2Care, efforts are directed towards patient- and data-driven research and innovation. Prior experience includes key roles at Zilveren Kruis, where responsibilities ranged from senior proposition management in digital healthcare to innovation management and strategic advisory. David’s career commenced with a management traineeship at Achmea and financial support at ExSilent. Academically, David earned a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by a minor in History of the 20th century and a VWO diploma in Business and Economics from St. Vituscollege.
