Paulien van der Valk

Paulien van der Valk is a skilled architect and project leader specializing in urban design, currently holding the position of Projectleider Stedenbouw at De Zwarte Hond since October 2021. Paulien's career includes roles as an Ontwerper at De Zwarte Hond from April 2017 to September 2018, and as an ontwerper at Finch Buildings from March 2015 to March 2017. Early experience includes participation in the Faculty Council at the Academie van Bouwkunst Amsterdam and positions as an assistant designer and intern at WE architecten and KAW arquitectura Barcelona, respectively. Paulien earned a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Academie van Bouwkunst Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Built Environment with a specialization in architecture from Hanze.
