Michela Cazzaniga

Michela Cazzaniga is a skilled professional in real estate development and project management with extensive experience in coordinating and supervising various development projects. Currently serving as Development Manager at DeA Capital Real Estate SGR since June 2022, Michela oversees projects from preliminary feasibility studies to construction and final handover, managing relationships with stakeholders and professionals. Previously, at Prelios from April 2015 to June 2022, roles included Project Manager, Engineering Project Coordinator, and Building Manager, focusing on project management processes, budget monitoring, and integrated service supervision.
