Mitch Parker

Mitch Parker is the current Chief Estimator for Deacon Corp in Sacramento and Pleasanton. Prior to joining Deacon Corp, Mitch was the Operations Manager for Fillner Construction Inc from January 1983 to December 2005. Fillner Construction Inc is a design build specialty contractor specializing in Service Station Construction. Mitch Parker also served in the United States Army Reserve from January 1983 to December 1989 as a Sergeant. Mitch's duties in the Army Reserve included 76Y Quartermaster and Small Arms Repairman.

Mitch Parker has an Associate's Degree in Building Construction Technology from Los Rios Community College in Sacramento, CA. Mitch also has a certification in Mechanical Drafting from Northwest Iowa Community College. Mitch is currently certified in Procore 101 from Target Corporation.
