Sarah Tant

Sarah Tant is an experienced professional in talent development and employee engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Development at Deaconess Health System since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions at Reckitt as an Assistant Manager in Training and Quality, and as a Learning and Development Specialist at United Way of Southwestern Indiana. Sarah also has a background in marketing and community engagement from roles at Heritage Federal Credit Union and Shoe Carnival, Inc. Sarah earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Trine University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Western Governors University.
