Tracy Dickerson Thibodeaux, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Tracy Dickerson Thibodeaux, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tracy is currently the Director of Human Resources at Dead River Company, a position they have held since March 2016. Prior to this, Tracy worked at TD Bank from 2002 to 2016, holding various roles including Senior Vice President, Human Resources Manager and Vice President, Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Tracy also has experience as an Instructor at York County Community College, where they taught for a brief period in 2005. Tracy's career in human resources began at BONNEY Staffing Center, where they served as the Human Resources/Operations Manager from 1994 to 2002.

Tracy Dickerson Thibodeaux, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Southern Maine. Tracy also studied Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Maine. Tracy pursued Communication and Media Studies at Curry College. Additionally, they completed College Prep courses at Wells High School. Tracy has obtained several certifications, including SHRM-SCP from SHRM in December 2015, SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in April 2007, and PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2001. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern Maine, which they earned in December 1995.
