Syed Ali Mehdi

Syed Ali Mehdi has over 10 years of professional experience in the fields of audit, finance, and investments. In 2011, they began their career as an Intern at KPMG Taseer Hadi and Co. In 2012, they became an Audit Senior at BDO Pakistan. In 2016, they joined Nai Zindagi Trust as a Senior Audit Officer. In 2018, they became Head of Finance and Compliance at Teamup.pk, and Head of Investments & Finance at National Incubation Center. In 2019, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at DeafTawk (Private) Limited and Business Strategist at Accelerating Asia. In 2021, they took on the role of Community Lead at Teamup Angels. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Head of North at COLABS.

Syed Ali Mehdi has a diverse educational background. Syed Ali started their education in 2006 at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, where they completed their Chartered Accountancy degree in Accounting and Finance. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Allama Iqbal Open University and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2021, they attended Draper University and completed the Hero Training Program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
