Anna Urbanowicz

Anna Urbanowicz is an experienced Occupational Therapist and Senior Research Fellow currently associated with St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne and Deakin University, respectively. In addition to these roles, Anna serves as a Research Coordinator at Kids+ and has previously held positions at Australian Catholic University, RMIT University as a VC Postdoctoral Fellow (Fulbright Scholar), and The University of Queensland as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow focused on improving health outcomes for autistic adults. Anna's academic background includes a PhD from Edith Cowan University, where research concentrated on communication abilities in girls and women with Rett syndrome. A strong foundation in teaching and project management has been demonstrated through roles at multiple universities and clinical research organizations.
