Emma Hayward

Emma Hayward is an experienced professional in the field of prospect management and research, currently serving as the Manager of Prospect Strategy at Deakin University since June 2019. Emma leads the Prospect Management program and develops strategies for prospective donor management, supporting major fundraising activities. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions, including Senior Researcher at Fundraising Research & Consulting and Manager of Donor & Prospect Research at Deakin University. Emma's extensive background also includes roles at the University of Auckland as Prospect Researcher Manager and at Deloitte New Zealand as a Senior Information Analyst. Emma holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor's Degree in Conservation and Ecology from Lincoln University.
