Rebecca Bartel

Rebecca Bartel, GAICD, currently serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at Deakin University, where responsibilities include managing research sectorial partnerships and commercializing cross-university research initiatives. Bartel is also involved in various leadership roles, including Executive Lead of the Institute for Health Transformation and Deputy Chair of the Committee for Geelong. Notably, Bartel has a significant history of leadership within the health and arts sectors, including as Executive Director of the Australian Centre for Health Research and as founder of Ceutica. With a strong focus on health innovation and strategic partnerships, Bartel has contributed to numerous organizations, driving initiatives that enhance community health and engagement. Bartel is currently pursuing a PhD in Medicine at Deakin University.
