Sarah Wood

Sarah Wood is an experienced academic and health professional, currently serving as an Associate Research Fellow at Deakin University and a Board Director at Brophy Family & Youth Services. In addition to this, Sarah holds a research position at the Centre for Australian Research into Access and is involved with the Community Advisory Council at Western Victoria Primary Health Network. Previously, Sarah served as Acting Regional Manager and Senior Advisor at Womens Health & Wellbeing Barwon South West, where responsibilities included the development of health promotion plans and evaluation frameworks. Sarah has taught as a sessional lecturer at Torrens University Australia and Victoria University, focusing on subjects related to Clinical Myotherapy and Evidence for Practice in Osteopathy. Sarah's academic pursuits include a PhD at Deakin University, alongside several degrees in health science and epidemiology.
