Chris Ballou

Chris Ballou is a Software Implementation Specialist and Process Consultant at Dealer-FX since March 2021, focusing on analyzing dealership service workflows and enhancing customer satisfaction through streamlined processes. Prior experience includes roles as Camp Coordinator and Head Baseball Coach/Hitting Instructor at Twelve Baseball Academy from October 2013 to August 2021, as well as serving as a Math Teacher at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD from July 2016 to June 2018. Chris Ballou holds a B.B.A. in Business Management from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, completed in 2013, and attended Navarro College in 2009-2010.
