Ralph Ivy

Ralph Ivy has extensive experience in the automotive service sector, currently serving as the Director of Field Services for North America and Puerto Rico at Dealer-FX since January 2016. Previous roles at Dealer-FX include Regional Manager, Regional Performance Manager, Subject Matter Expert & Training Facilitator, and Training Consultant. Prior to Dealer-FX, Ralph Ivy worked as a Service Manager at Premier Chevrolet Buick GMC for a brief period in 2015, and held the Service Manager position at Waterfront Jeep from February 2006 to September 2015, as well as at Sabraton Chrysler Dodge from February 1995 to February 2006.
