Anthony Urso

Anthony Urso is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in both technical support and stage management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at Cars Commerce since February 2020, Anthony leads the Inventory Support Team, develops features using Wordpress, HTML, and Javascript, and works within Agile Methodology. Previously, Anthony contributed to the Buffalo Theatre Ensemble as an Assistant Stage Manager and COVID Safety Manager from August 2019 to May 2022, assisting in production management and mentoring students. Prior experience includes a successful tenure at Apple from June 2011 to January 2020 as an Operations Expert and Educational Workshop Lead, where Anthony earned multiple awards for customer service excellence and team development. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies with a concentration in Theatre Management from Illinois State University and has foundational education from the College of DuPage.
