Matthew Schroyer

Matthew Schroyer is an experienced software engineer currently working at Cars Commerce since September 2021, where the focus is on developing AI-powered applications to enhance the vehicle purchase experience. Prior to this role, Schroyer served as a software developer at Paycom, creating robust React applications for payroll and HR management, and contributed to educational initiatives. Schroyer's earlier experience includes web development at Exaptive, Inc., where data applications were built for neuroscience projects, as well as instructional technology at Oklahoma City Community College. Schroyer has also worked as a consultant and data analyst at Mental Munition, LLC, and participated in STEM outreach at EnLiST. Schroyer holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, along with an Associate’s degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma City Community College.
