Adam Dennis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations, strategic planning, and product development. Currently serving as Principal at SurgeMetrix since September 2018, Adam has driven a significant strategic pivot from a SaaS model solely focused on website solutions for auto dealers to a more comprehensive service offering that includes top-of-funnel optimization reporting, bilingual website solutions, Hispanic marketing, and operational consulting. Previously, Adam held various roles at Dominion Dealer Solutions from 2005 to 2018, including VP of Product Development, where responsibilities included merging development teams, implementing Agile methodologies, and enhancing operational processes. Additional experience includes owning and leading XIGroup and serving as Executive Director of an intervention program targeting at-risk youth in Washington, DC. Adam holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from Lawrence University.
