Jovanny Perales

Jovanny Perales is a customer-oriented launch coordinator with a strong background in customer service and automotive maintenance. Previously worked as a senior services consultant at West Houston Hyundai, where high performance and customer retention were key. Also gained experience as an automotive technician helper at Southwest INFINITI and Quick Lane Tech at Hub Hyundai West. Started career as a customer service representative at Micro Center, receiving recognition as employee of the month. Graduated from Lone Star College-CyFair in 2016.
