Jay Schneir is an experienced professional in operations and sales management, currently serving as the Carline Services Operations Manager at Dealer Tire since November 1998. With a strong focus on sales process improvements and organizational transformation, Jay has held various leadership roles within Dealer Tire, including Carline Services Maintenance Care Manager and Carline Services Toyota Lexus Hyundai Kia Team Lead. Responsibilities have included managing OEM programs, driving sales achievement, and mentoring team members. Prior to Dealer Tire, Jay gained experience as a Sales Associate at Mueller Tire and as a Store Manager at Firestone Complete Auto Care. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from The University of Akron, complemented by a minor in Sociology and Human Resources Management.
