Ryan Szafraniec

Ryan Szafraniec has a diverse work experience that includes roles in sales operations, account management, and marketing. Ryan served roles at Dealer Tire as Sales Operations Team Lead, Project Manager, Analyst, and Account Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Home Team Marketing as a Senior Regional School Manager and at Cedar Fair Entertainment as a Supervisor of Aquatics. Throughout their career, they have showcased skills in leadership, operations management, customer relations, and strategic partnerships.

Ryan Szafraniec completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Leadership Studies and History at Marietta College from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Saint Ignatius High School from 1998 to 2002. In 2021, they obtained a Project Leadership Certificate from Case Western Reserve University.
