Taylor Kyger

Taylor Kyger, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and management. Starting as an Independent Contractor at Kevin Kyger LLC in 2009, they later transitioned to roles such as HR Intern at Hendrickson International through Elwood Staffing in 2013. They then moved on to Coventry Autowash where they served as a Manager, overseeing various operational aspects. In 2014, Taylor worked as an Independent Contractor Administrator at Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. They continued to advance in their career with positions at Ohio Living, where they held roles such as Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Generalist, and Recruiter. Currently, Taylor is with Dealer Tire as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, then transitioning to Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations in 2023.

Taylor Kyger, PHR holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Fort Wayne, obtained between 2009 and 2014. In 2019, Taylor obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
