Andy Payne has a wealth of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on engineering and product management. Andy currently serves as the VP of Engineering at DealerBuilt and is responsible for leading the engineering department. Prior to this, Andy co-founded Nemo in 2018 and served as the CTO, playing a crucial role in the company's success until 2022. Before Nemo, they worked at Cisco as a Senior Director from 2014 to 2018. Andy's tenure at Symantec started in 2005, where they held various roles including Director of Research and Senior Principal Technical Product Manager. At Symantec, they worked on projects such as Norton Safe Web. Before joining Symantec, Andy was the Chief Product Architect at WholeSecurity, where they played a crucial role in developing new technology to detect malicious software and phishing attacks. Andy served at WholeSecurity for five years, starting as the first engineer and rising to the position of Chief Architect.

Andy Payne attended Texas A&M University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from DataCamp, including "Extreme Gradient Boosting with XGBoost," "Parallel Computing with Dask," "Building Chatbots in Python," "Deep Learning in Python," "Machine Learning with the Experts: School Budgets Course," and "Natural Language Processing Fundamentals in Python." These certifications were obtained in 2018.
