Daniel Mansour has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Daniel started their career in 2007 as a Sales Manager at Gemini Originals Starving Artist Art Sales where they worked until 2015. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Laboratory Technician at Baylor College of Medicine. In 2016, they worked as an Application Developer at Oregon State University and also volunteered as an Application Developer at the University of St. Thomas (TX). From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at Cosine Additive Manufacturing Systems.
In 2018, Mansour joined IPT Global, LLC as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they gained experience in Microsoft .NET stack development, including C# and React frontend development, as well as working on oil and gas pressure test planning and leak detection software. Daniel was responsible for user story completion, bug fixes, feature implementations, and participated in Agile projects and code reviews.
Following their time at IPT Global, Mansour joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Software Engineer from 2020 to 2022. Here, they developed a Microsoft Office 365 VSTO productivity and branding solution used by over 50,000 JP Morgan employees worldwide. Daniel also designed and implemented distributed RESTful APIs, services, full text search, and NoSQL databases, and took part in migrating backend infrastructure to the cloud using Kubernetes, CloudFoundry, and Elasticsearch.
In 2022, Mansour joined Microsoft as a Software Engineer and focused on delivering application workflows for the Microsoft Viva HR & Onboarding portal. Daniel utilized their expertise in .NET full stack development, React, SPFx SharePoint, ACE adaptive card extensions, Azure, App Service deployments, Logic App development, CosmosDB, and Azure Functions.
Most recently, Mansour joined DealerBuilt in 2022 as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they successfully led a team in developing an API that enabled an Android scan gun to replace an outdated and out-of-production unit. Leveraging their expertise in AWS API Gateway and Lambda architecture, they delivered a scalable and efficient solution that allowed DealerBuilt to resume sales and promotion of a revenue-generating inventory management system.
Daniel Mansour has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University, which was earned from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from the University of Houston, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has also attained certifications in Configuration Management for Containerized Delivery from Microsoft in September 2019 and in Machine Learning from Coursera in July 2018.
