Eden Scheinwald

Eden Scheinwald has a diverse work experience with multiple roles in various companies. From 2014 to 2016, Eden worked as an IT Consultant, B2B customer service representative, and handled data entry at Genesis Tours. In 2016, Eden joined Applicaster as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, where they diagnosed and troubleshooted complex problems with mobile applications and provided excellent customer support. In 2019, Eden transitioned to the role of a Customer Success Manager at Applicaster, managing EMEA customers and ensuring their satisfaction and success. From 2021 to 2022, Eden served as the Head of Support at EasySend, overseeing the daily support operation and implementing work procedures to meet performance targets. Currently, Eden is working as a Customer Success Manager at DealHub.io, building relationships with customers, guiding them in achieving their business goals, and managing a large customer portfolio.

Eden Scheinwald completed a BA in Political Science and Communications from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2010 to 2013. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, Eden attended Sela Technology College, where they obtained a degree in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare, specializing as a Chief Information Security & Cyber Warfare Specialist (CISO & CWS).
