Ulrike Meier

Ulrike Meier is the Founder and CEO of Meier Consulting, a boutique strategy firm in Berlin specializing in the medtech, pharma, and media sectors. With extensive experience in innovation management, Ulrike leads projects in collaboration with large organizations. Additionally, Ulrike serves as the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at Deallus Consulting, a global strategic intelligence firm, and is a Founding Member and Lecturer at the Hamburg Media School, where courses are focused on business cases and project management. Previous roles include Director of Strategy at RTL Television, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and Head of Co-Productions and Pre-Sales at RM Associates, among others. Ulrike holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and Operations Management from The Wharton School and has studied at several prestigious institutions, including the University of Tokyo and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
