Scott Middleton

Scott Middleton has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Scott began their career in 1984 as an Engineer with Data General Corporation, where they led multiple product introductions to US manufacturing and subsequent transfer of manufacturing to Taiwan and Thailand. In 1986, they joined Ampex Corporation as a Business Manager for the D2 Format Helical Scanners, and later as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for Heads and Scanners. In 1990, Scott moved to Exabyte Corporation as a Staff Design Engineer for the Recording Technology Group. From 1993 to 2009, they worked at Hewlett Packard as an Engineering Program Manager for Commercial Scanning Solutions, Program Manager/Technical Contributor for Strategic Technology, Project Manager/Technical Contributor for Optical Media, and Project Manager/Technical Contributor for Thin Film Heads. In 2009, they founded Insight Automotive and served as President/CEO and Founder. In 2016, Scott Co-Founded Dealr, Inc. and Dealr.cloud, the All In One Dealership Management Solution, and served as CFO.

Scott Middleton attended Del Mar College from 1979 to 1980, where they completed content for a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME). Scott then attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering.
