Kristian O'Donnell

Kristian O'Donnell has had a varied work experience, beginning with a Senior Sales Assistant role at Compu b (Apple Reseller) from 2013 to 2015. Kristian then joined Apple in 2015, where they held the roles of CC/LL Payments AOS (European HQ), EMEIA Management Representative (European HQ), and Online Store Analyst (European HQ) until 2019. In 2019, they became the Head of Business Support at Incision, and in 2020 they took on the role of Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at Dealroom.co, a data provider on startups, growth companies and tech ecosystems in Europe and around the globe.

Kristian O'Donnell obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Galway in 2015, majoring in International Business/Trade/Commerce. In 2013, they received an Apple Product Professional certification from Apple.
