Peter Velsen

Peter Velsen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Peter is currently serving as the CFO at Dealroom.co since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of International Finance at Superpedestrian from January 2021 to December 2022. Peter also served as the Project Lead Finance Transformation at AFC Ajax from February 2020 to December 2020. Before that, they held the position of Finance Director EMEA at Lime from October 2018 to October 2019. Peter has also worked at Biogen International as the Head of Finance International Partner Markets from July 2015 to July 2018 and as a Finance Director from July 2011 to June 2015. Peter started their career as a Finance & Control Manager at Maxxium Nederland from February 2007 to June 2011, and prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst from February 2003 to January 2007. Peter began their professional journey as a Senior Financial Consultant at Arthur Andersen from October 2000 to January 2003. Lastly, Peter worked as an IT Consultant at Pink Elephant from April 1999 to September 2000.

Peter Velsen completed their education in a chronological manner. Peter began their academic journey at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Following this, they pursued further studies at Nottingham Trent University from 1997 to 1998, receiving a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Administration. Finally, Peter attended Nyenrode Business University from 1998 to 1999, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Management.
