Andi Haswidi is currently the Head of Research at DealStreetAsia, where they are building a team to produce data-driven analysis on private equity and venture capital investment in Southeast Asia. Prior to this role, Andi worked as the Head of Asean Research at Financial Times, providing in-depth analysis on key emerging markets in Asia. They have also authored a book on Indonesian coffee and have experience as a contributing journalist/editor at Tempo English and as the Business Desk Deputy Editor at The Jakarta Post. Andi holds a Master of Science in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Bristol, a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Universitas Padjadjaran, and a Certificate IV in Sound Engineering from RMIT University.
