Cécile Ferreira has a diverse work experience. Cécile is currently a Customer Success Manager at Dealt, a company that focuses on improving the service approach of retailers and e-commerce businesses. In their role, they are responsible for implementing and managing white-labeled service offerings for retailers, providing tools, a service platform, and a community of certified professionals. In 2016, Cécile attended Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa, where they acquired a Certification Level A2 in Modern Language and Portuguese Literature. In the following year, 2017, they participated in an Erasmus program at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, focusing on Economics and Management.

Cécile returned to UPEC in 2018 and pursued a Master's degree in Management and International Trade, which was completed in 2020. Additionally, in the same year, they briefly attended UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, where they studied International Business.

Throughout their educational experience, Cécile demonstrated a focus on international trade, management, economics, and various language studies.
