Nora Amiri

Nora Amiri has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nora joined Quotatis groupe ADEO in 2020 as a Responsable Regionale, where they were responsible for developing the company's business in their region by managing a network of 39 Leroy Merlin stores. Nora also played a key role in increasing the sales volume of installation packages and contributed to the overall revenue growth of the company. Nora ensured adherence to processes, provided training to store teams and partner artisans, and implemented the company's strategy in stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to this, they worked as a Formatrice relation clients at Quotatis from 2019 to 2020 and as a TP de Formatrice Professionnelle d'Adultes at Icadémie from 2018 to 2019. Nora gained experience in credit management and debt recovery as a Chargée de recouvrement at CONCILIAN from 2018 to 2019. Nora also worked as a formatrice relation client at Conduent from 2017 to 2018, where they trained service client advisors and revamped the training program to align it with the specific requirements of remote customer relations.
