Rachael Hanlon

Rachael Hanlon is an experienced NPD Project Manager currently working at BYOMA since February 2025. Previously, Rachael held similar roles at Marks and Spencer from January 2021 to December 2024 and Asda between July 2020 and January 2021. Earlier in the career, Rachael worked at BWS as a Contract Micro Space specialist, and at Asda in various capacities, including Own Brand Project Manager and Wine Merchandising Analyst. Rachael’s career began at Finsbury Food Group as a National Account Executive after gaining relevant experience at Asda. Rachael holds a Level 2 certification in Wine and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Glasgow Caledonian University.
