Jeff England

Jeff England, PE, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Dean Builds, Inc. since April 2017. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Director of Real Estate & Development at Rosenstein Development from July 2001 to April 2017 and worked as a Project Manager at Gray from June 1996 to June 2001. Jeff England earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, where studies were completed from 1991 to 1995.
