Ray Lock Cbe

Ray Lock CBE is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for the Dean Close Foundation, Ray Lock is also the Founder and Managing Director of Ray Lock Ltd and the Chair of the Board of Trustees at Stoll. Previously, Ray Lock held the position of Chief Executive at Forces in Mind Trust, focusing on improving career transitions for Armed Forces personnel. Ray Lock's military background spans over three decades with the Royal Air Force, including significant roles such as Commandant of the Joint Services Command and Staff College, Director of the United States Central Command Combined Air Operations Centre, and Station Commander at RAF Lyneham. Ray Lock holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Bristol University and an AMAC in Business/Commerce from Alliance Manchester Business School.
