Ann C. Hoff

Ann C. Hoff currently serves as a Board Trustee for Equity Residential, beginning in June 2024. Prior to this role, Ann held several significant positions at MGM Resorts International from March 2019 to June 2025, including President and COO for Bellagio, Park MGM, and NoMad, where operational excellence and oversight were paramount. As Chief Marketing Officer, Ann directed the domestic marketing strategy for the company’s Las Vegas and regional properties, notably managing the marketing plan during the COVID closure. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Excalibur Hotel & Casino, New York-New York Hotel & Casino, and Treasure Island Hotel & Casino, alongside pivotal contributions to Beau Rivage Resort & Casino and the Mirage. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
