Catherine Wei-Dean

Catherine Wei-Dean currently serves as the Head of Store Design for Fragrance & Beauty, as well as Watches & Fine Jewelry, at CHANEL since May 2018, also holding the position of Group Director for these divisions. In addition, Catherine is a co-owner of Dean Fine Building, a boutique construction and contracting firm that specializes in high-end interiors and custom architectural millwork in the NYC area. Prior experience includes prominent roles at The Estée Lauder Companies as Executive Director of Global Store Design & Visual Merchandising for ORIGINS, and similar positions with Clinique and Kiehl's Since 1851, where extensive expertise in store design and visual merchandising was developed. Catherine's early career included on-camera design roles at WE tv and various networks, alongside founding CMCW, LLC., a studio for architecture and design. Educational credentials feature a Master’s in Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder.
