Katie Beals

Katie Beals has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Katie started their career at WPS Insurance/EPIC Life in 1995, where they managed special products and successfully expanded participation and profitability on voluntary product lines. Katie then joined Jon Plamann & Associates/ as the Director of Marketing from 2001 to 2005. Katie also worked at Wisconsin Mfg & Commerce as the Manager of Member Insurance Services from 2005 to 2008. Currently, Katie is employed at Dean Health Plan, where they have held various roles since 2008. Katie is currently the Director of Client Services and Director of Retention, responsible for account management activities for over 1300 employer accounts and 250,000 commercial members.

Katie Beals began their education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1978 and successfully completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing in 1981. Katie later pursued further studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2015, earning a Management Certificate in Organizational Leadership-Leadership Beyond Management.
