Hortencia Saldivar

Hortencia Saldivar is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Dean Snyder Construction since February 2024, Hortencia previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Michael Foods from June 2020 to February 2024. Prior to that, Hortencia worked at Prestage Foods of Iowa in various roles, including Human Resource Projects & Employee Relations Manager and Talent Acquisition Supervisor, from June 2018 to May 2020. Starting in human resources at Centrum Valley Farms from August 2011 to April 2018, Hortencia held the role of Human Resources & Placement Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Compliance and Risk Management from Drake University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Buena Vista University.
