Kiley Tyler

Kiley Tyler, MHA, HRCM has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Kiley currently serves as the Head of People at DeAngelis Diamond since January 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Human Capital at St. Matthew's House from September 2018 to January 2020 and was also the Director of Human Resources from April 2015 to January 2020.

Before joining St. Matthew's House, Kiley worked at Moorings Park, where they held various roles including Human Resources Generalist from May 2010 to April 2015, Web Enhancement Resident Content Coordinator from January 2011 to May 2011, and Executive Secretary to the COO & CFO from May 2010 to January 2011.

At the beginning of their career, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Mid Continental Securities Corp. from an unspecified date in 2007 to 2009. With their extensive experience and expertise in the field, Kiley Tyler is well-equipped to handle a wide range of responsibilities in human resources and people management.

Kiley Tyler holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration which was obtained from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2008. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelors in Business Management from the University of South Florida in 2007. In addition to their formal education, Kiley has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including topics such as management effectiveness, communication, teamwork essentials, conflict handling, and leadership skills. These certifications were obtained in the years 2022 and 2023.
