Rene Normand

Rene Normand, CMC, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at DeanHouston, Inc., a full-service marketing communications firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio, since October 2013. Prior to this role, Rene owned and consulted for Elite Management Resources, Inc., providing HR consulting services to various organizations from January 2005 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Business Consultant and Leadership Trainer at FSH Strategy Consultants, LLC, from May 2012 to February 2014, and holding HR leadership positions at Great American Insurance Group and Federated Department Stores during the 1980s and 1990s.
