Scott Lancaster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Compliance Officer at Deans & Homer since September 1986, focusing on regulatory compliance and program development. Prior to this role, Scott Lancaster worked as an Underwriter specializing in commercial property underwriting and served as an Insurance Broker at RC Fischer & Company, where responsibilities included insurance sales and account management. Scott Lancaster holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 1973 and 1977.
