Carmela De la Cruz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in facilitation and training. Currently serving as a Certified Dear World Facilitator at Dear World since April 2021, Carmela is dedicated to fostering a culture of authenticity and inclusivity among new team members at Accenture through the innovative Brain Tattoo™ storytelling method. With a tenure at Accenture beginning in November 2015, Carmela has held roles such as New Joiner Orientation Facilitator and Senior Analyst in Service Delivery Operations. Prior experience includes a position as Training Associate at SYKES Asia Inc. from August 2010 to June 2021, owning CMC Video Production from May 2008 to June 2021, and serving as a Creative Video Editor at LFS Digital Video Production from March 2002 to May 2008.
