Kathryn Tan-Flores

Kathryn Tan-Flores is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Certified Story Teller at Dear World since April 2021, Kathryn also holds the position of Managing Director at Accenture in the Philippines since December 2018. With a prior tenure at Accenture from September 2011 to December 2018 as Associate Director and Senior Manager, Kathryn managed multiple healthcare accounts, focusing on the successful delivery of development and maintenance projects. Earlier career highlights include a role as a Manager, supporting critical business systems, and as a Software Engineer at Fujitsu Ten Software Philippines, where projects involved vehicle microcontrollers. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of the Philippines, earned between 1996 and 2001.
