Michelle van der Wouden

Michelle Van Der Wouden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Accenture, where Michelle currently serves as Sales Excellence Lead for Technology EMEA. With a history of leadership roles, Michelle has managed various initiatives including the Technology Core Schools and multiple training programs, as well as spearheading the Young Talent Tech and Kickstart Programs to promote diversity in technology. In addition to a strong focus on sales effectiveness and bid management, Michelle co-leads Gender Equality efforts and champions Inclusion & Diversity within Accenture's Technology practice. Beyond Accenture, Michelle contributes to the Bodegraafse Zwem & Poloclub as Chairperson of the Synchronized Swimming department and has been involved in coaching and officiating in synchronized swimming since 2007. Academically, Michelle holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Innovation Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
